During demo sales, short boots and sneakers are eligible for exchange within one week for another in-stock size OR eligible for store credit.  Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer and must be done within a week of receiving.  The exchange size will be shipped at a fee of $9.95.  

 For the Regina boot, we recommend sizing down 1 size from your usual. (For example, Elisabeth is a ladies 9 and she wears a size 39 in the Regina boot!)
