My mare really likes this girth! I was told she had a tight sternum so wanted to give it a try. It stabilizes the saddle well too. I did "size up" to give more elbow room. As always, Emily and Elizabeth provided amazing customer service.
This girth is simply fabulous — like the staff at Misty View. ❤️ It’s just soft enough and there is so much attention to detail, from the billet grooves to the buckle covers to the elastic and to the underside. It lays nice and flat under my horse/at sternum and he really seems to like it. No pinching or rubbing anywhere. If you’re between sizes, I would advise to order a size up. He usually wears a size 26, which would average been 65cm, and the 70cm fits perfectly. Highly recommend!
First of all, the quality is really really nice. Thickly padded and I like that the buckles are padded so well to. My horse can be girthy and touchy and sometimes tight in front through the shoulder. I think this has really helped. Pricey, but I'm happy I bought it and would recommend it
